FIR against Amir demanded

Ahmedabad, Aug 19 (UNI) Gir Nature Youth Club president Amit B Jethava has demanded that an FIR be filed against actor Amir Khan in the Chinkara deer shooting case.

In a letter to the Conservator of Forest, Bhuj-Kutch, Mr Jethava, an ex-member of Gujarat Wildlife Advisory Board, said that since the notice issued to Amir Khan in the first week of August has been returned undelivered, an FIR should be immediately registered.

He also claimed that he is one of the orginal complainants having filed a case on July 10 under Section 55 (C) of Wildlife Act.
