Three killed as earth caves in

Madurai, Aug 18 (UNI) Three persons, including a woman, were killed and two others injured as earth caved-in when they were engaged in digging a farm well at Sidharpatti village near here today.

Police said, the deceased were identified as Vijayaraj (36), Raj (48) and Kamatchi (30).

The injured were admitted to Government Hospital here, Police added.
