RBI fixes reference rate at Rs 46.48 per US Dollar

Mumbai, Aug 18 (UNI) Reserve Bank of India (RBI) today fixed the reference rate at Rs 46.48 per US Dollar as compared to previous 46.46 per USD, a RBI spokesperson said today.
