Noted journalist Bhanupratap Shukla dead

New Delhi, Aug 17 (UNI) Noted journalist and writer Bhanupratap Shukla died here tonight after a prolong illness. He is 73.

Shukla was editor of Hindi weekly Panchajanya for many years and wrote regular columns in many newspapers.

Vishwa Hindu Parishad joint secretary Champat Rai said Mr Shukla's dead body will be kept at the R K Puram office of the VHP and will be cremated in the afternoon.
