Virtusa appoints Murali Venugopalan as Director HR

New Delhi, Aug 17 (UNI) Virtusa Corporation, a global provider of software development and IT services, today announced that it has appointed Mr Murali Venugopalan as Director Human Resources.

Mr Venugopalan will play the role of HR partner for one of the company's two Asia Business Units and also double up as the India HR leader. By virtue of his being located at Chennai, he will oversee all HR activities at the Chennai Advanced Technology Centre.

He has worked for companies such as Hindustan Zinc Ltd, Brakes India (TVS Group), TI Diamond Chains Ltd (Murugappa Group), Hindustan Motors (CK Birla Group), Polaris, and HCL.
