Uma to make BJS bypoll strategy public soon

Sagar (MP), Aug 17: Bharatiya Jan Shakti (BJS) President Uma Bharti today said her party's strategy for the Vidisha Lok Sabha byelection and Malehra assembly bypoll would be made public in the last week of August.

''A meeting of Vidisha and Raisen district's BJS workers will take place on August 23. Discussions have been conducted with national and state-level leaders. Talks are in progress with grassroots-level workers whose opinions are crucial,'' she told mediapersons here.

Admitting that excessive rain or drought were natural calamities, the former chief minister pointed out that the government failed in providing relief.

''Trumped-up criminal cases are being registered against BJS supporters. My party will fight alongside such victims,'' she assured.
