State Information Commission constituted in Bihar

Patna, Aug 17 (UNI) Bihar government today constituted a three-member state information commission, headed by Chief Information Commssioner Shashank Kumar Singh.

Official sources said here that the state government had appointed retired Justice of Patna High Court Shashank Kumar Singh as the Chief Information Commissioner while State Finance Commissinoer P N Narayanan and Labour Secretary Shakeel Ahmad were appointed information commissioners.

Besides, retired Justice of Patna High Court R N Prasad has been appointed as Lok Ayukt of Bihar, sources added.
