Six Farmers abducted in West Champaran

Bettiah, Aug 17 (UNI) A group of armed criminals abducted six farmers at gun point in Sikri Bahuari village under Ramnagar police station area in West Champaran district of Bihar.

Police said here today the criminals kidnapped the farmers last evening and later released two of them at the outskirts of the village.

The reason behind the kidnapping was yet to be ascertained.

Raids were on to nab the kidnappers.
