International cricket stadium in Kota soon

Kota, Aug 17 (UNI) Kota will soon have a cricket stadium of international standards after the state government cleared the proposals in this regard.

Sources told UNI that Kota's J K Pavilion will be upgraded to international standards and work on the project will start soon.

Kota's Urban Improvement Trust had sent a Rs 18.59 crore proposal to the state government for upgrading the pavilion to international standards.

Although the upgradation work will not start before the monsoon is over, around Rs four crore would be spent on the first phase of construction work.
