Deori is new Arunachal Congress chief

New Delhi, Aug 17 (UNI) Senior Congress Leader Omen Moyong Deori will be the new chief of the Arunachal Pradesh Congress Committee.

CWC member Oscar Fernandes, who is in charge of party affairs in North Eastern States, said that Party President Sonia Gandhi had appointed Ms Deori as the APCC President.

Ms Deori is a former member of Parliament.
