YSR unveils CM's CUP mascot

Hyderabad, Aug 16 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy today unveiled the mascot, logo and brouchers of Chief Minister's cup 2006 at his camp office here.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr Reddy congratulated the Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh (SAAP) for encouraging sports in rural areas.

He presented latops to Tejaswani Reddy and Chandana Priya Reddy, chess players for winning gold medals in international and national chess championships.

State Sports and Cultural Minister M Satyanarayana, Information Minister Mohd Ali Shabbir and SAAP Chairman MS Raj Thakur were present on the occasion, a press release said here.
