Mumbai, Aug 16 (UNI) Shaw Wallace&Company Ltd has informed BSE that Shaw Wallace Financial Services Ltd ('SWFSL') and Shaw Wallace Breweries Ltd ('SWBL'), two subsidiaries of the company have decided to merge.

The scheme of amalgamation for the merger of SWFSL with SWBL has been filed with the relevant High Courts for their consideration and approval.
