Shreyas Shipping Ltd to pay dividend at 9 %

New Delhi, Aug 16 (UNI) Shreyas Shipping&Logistics Ltd today confirmed the payment of dividend at 9 per cent, paid on 9 per cent non-convertible cumulative and redeemable preference shares of Rs 100 each.

The dividend will be redeemed during the year, on a pro-rata basis till the date of redemption.

This was decided by the members at the 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held on July 21, 2006.

The company also confirmed interim dividend at the rate of Re 1 per equity share on equity shares of Rs 10 each.
