Kohima, Aug 16 (UNI) In a serious development in Naga insurgency, the NSCN(K) has decided to sever all communications with the Naga Hoho, Naga Peoples Movement for Human Rights (NPMHR) and Naga Students' Federation (NSF) from August 14 last.

They accused that the groups had deviated from their actual responsibilities and instead acting as political parties "prejudicial to the Naga revolutionary organizations".

In a statement the NSCN(K) said that the resolution was taken at a joint meeting of the council of Kilonsers of the 'Government of Peoples Republic of Nagaland (GPRN)' on August 14 and said despite repeated suggestion, advices and cautions, the NGOs stuck to their methods and even spurned an invitation from the NSCN for discussions to thrash out all misunderstanding among themselves.

The meeting further accused the NGOs of acting as auxiliary bodies of the NSCN-IM and "becoming part takers in the genocides and fratricides committed by the NSCN-IM terrorist".

The meeting also resolved to invite leaders of the Naga Mothers Association (NMA) for an interaction with NSCN(K) leaders at Mon on or before August 24 next to discuss certain misgiving on the part of the NMA.

The meeting further resolved to issue 'final warning' to the NSF and the 'puppet Nagaland state government' against their move and campaign for affiliation of the schools in the so-called Naga Hill districts of Manipur to the Nagaland Board of Secondary Education (NBSE). The NSCN(K) cautioned that any MLA in the present Nagaland Legislative Assembly who would support the move would do so at his own risk.
