DTC urged to run bus services from Mayur Vihar

New Delhi, Aug 16 (UNI) The Delhi Social Welfare and Legal-Aid Society today urged Delhi Transport Minister Haroon Yusuf to impress upon the Delhi Transport Corporation(DTC) authorities to ply buses from Mayur Vihar-I to various places like Khelgaon Marg, Udyog Bhawan, Nehru Place and Qutub Institutional area.

In a representation to the Minister, the Society, a voluntary agency, said thousands of people go to these places everyday to attend offices with much difficulty due to lack of direct government bus services.

The bus terminal constructed at Mayur Vihar-I had been left unused due to lack of bus services from the spot.
