Bank of Rajasthan launches health scheme

Mumbai, Aug 16: As a part of its series of credit card promotion scheme - Monsoon Dhamaka, the Bank of Rajasthan, in association with VISA, has launched a health care scheme for its gold credit card holders.

Under the scheme, the bank's gold credit card holders will be eligible to avail discounts varying from 10 to 30 per cent on hospital bills in selected hospitals, medical and diagnostic centres in six major cities of the country, a release issued here today said.

Apart from Mumbai, the scheme is open for the Bank of Rajasthan gold credit card holders in selected hospitals and medical centres in major cities like Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Bangalore and Hyderabad.

As per the scheme, the selected hospitals in these cities will dole out 10 to 30 per cent discounts on health care check-ups, room rents and routine investigations, to the bank's gold credit card holders. The volume of discount will vary from hospital-to-hospital.

In Mumbai, the Bank of Rajasthan has roped in 23 hospitals including Jaslok and Nanavati hospitals where this discount will be provided to the beneficiaries. The scheme will be open till September 30. In Delhi, the bank has also tied up with 23 hospitals and medical centres including Batra and Apollo hospitals.
