TPDK men held for burning Sri Lankan flag

Coimbatore, Aug 15 (UNI) About 40 activists belonging to the Thanthai Periyar Dravida Kazhagam (TPDK) were arrested when they burnt the Sri Lankan National flag in front of the Red Cross Building here today.

Police said, the agitators led by Kazhagam General Secretary K Ramakrittinan burnt the flag in protest over the killing of 61 children allegedly by the Sri Lankan Army at Mullaitheevu.
