Seven dacoits arrested

Latehar, Aug 15 (UNI) Police arrested seven members of a dacoit gang from Gamharia forest area on Betla-Netarhat road in Jharkhand's Latehar district.

Suprintendent of Police Ravikant Jha today said the dacoits were nabbed last night while trying to loot some tourists.

Police also recovered booty including two cameras and eight mobile phones from them.

One gun, two country made pistols and few live cartridges were also seized from them.
