RSS volunteers unfurls tricolour at midnight

Bangalore, Aug 15 (UNI) Celebrating the Independence Day the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and Hindu Jagarn Vedike hoisted the tricolour at the stroke of midnight here last night.

At the stroke of midnight, RSS leader Seetharama Kedilaya hoisted the national flag. National anthem was sung, following which tributes were paid to martyrs. The celebration concluded with the singing of Vande Mataram.
