CM condemns killing of school children in Lanka

Chennai, Aug 15 (UNI) The killing of 61 school children in an alleged aerial attack in the Tamil areas in Sri Lanka was the most inhuman act in the island government's army operations, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi said today.

In a brief statement, Mr Karunanidhi said the bombing of the orphanage of the school children in Mullaitivu was one of the horryfying acts in Sri Lankan military operations.

There could be no two opinions that there should be a stop to such incidents, which no humane person would forgive, he said.
