Jawan wounded by bullet form Pak side
Jammu, Aug 14 (UNI) At least one Army jawan was wounded in the firing from Pakistani side at the border post in Khan Karmar sector today, police here said.
About 13 to 15 rounds were fired at the Indian post from across the border in which a jawan, Manoj Kumar of Gurkha Regiment was inju red.
Inspector General of Police (Jammu Divison) S P Vaid confirmed that there had been firing on the Line of Control (LoC) but said it had not been confirmed by the Army as yet.
Meanwhile, army sources said there was no violation of ceasefire as Pakistani troops' involvement in the incident had not been confirmed.
