One killed in last night's ULFA blast

Guwahati, Aug 13 (UNI) A woman was killed in last evening's ULFA-triggered blast at Bamunimaidam area of the city.

The victim, identified as one Jongli Devi, succumbed to injuries in the hospital, police said.

Altogether eight people, including two children, were injured in the grenade attack.

The condition of two of the injured was stated to be serious.

The blast occurred at near Sitalabari in railway colony in Bamunimaidam.
