Mortars found in Howrah district

Howrah, Aug 12 (UNI) Tension prevailed today at Bally in this district after the discovery of five mortars.

The mortars were discovered by two boys when they went to bathe in a pond at Jagannat ghat.

The police rushed in when informed and took the mortars away for examination.

Senior police officials rpt officials in Kolkata have also been informed.
