Police yet to reach breakthrough in 7/11 blasts
Mumbai, Aug 11: Mumbai Commissioner of Police A N Roy today admitted that they are yet to nab any of the actual culprits involved in the July 11 serial bomb blasts here.
Mr Roy said all the arrested persons so far are either suspected conspirators or active members of the outlawed Students' Islamic Movement of India (SIMI).
Declining to comment further, he only said investigations in the serial blasts are being conducted on a 'Pan-India' level.
He also refused to reveal any further developments in the probe undertaken by the Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS).
Police have so far arrested 13 people and have gathered some 'leads' in connection with the serial blasts in suburban trains in the metropolis, in which as many as 200 people were killed and more than 700 injured.
