More than 60,000 pilgrims visited Buddha Amarnath

Jammu, Aug 11 (UNI) More than 60,000 pilgrims visited Shri Buddha Amarnath shrine at Poonch during the 11-day festival.

The temple was opened for puja and darshan at 0400 hrs in the morning on the eve of shravan purnima.

The holy mace was taken back to Dashnami Akhara last evening after the conclusion of the festival.

The district administration had made elaborate security arrangements.
