CPI(ML) members boycott monsoon session of Bihar assembly

Patna, Aug 11 (UNI) Protesting against the dissolution of Amir Das commission constituted to probe links of politicians with the banned Ranveer Sena, CPI(ML) members today boycotted the ongoing monsoon session of the Bihar assembly.

As soon as the members assembled, CPI(ML) members led by Mr Arun Singh, said the House failed to revive the commission and the dissolution of the commission was aimed at protecting the Ranveer Sena.

All four members of the party staged a silent boycott of the House for two days commencing from today.

Earlier, the CPI(ML) members had staged a dharna in the well of the House since beginning of the monsoon session on the issue which rocked the assembly as the entire opposition was on its toes over the matter.
