Adesina claims Jayachamaraja Wadiyar trophy

Bangalore, Aug 11 (UNI) Darius Byramji's ward 'Adesina,' well ridden by Suraj Narredu, claimed the Jayachamaraja Wadiyar trophy, the main event of the Bangalore Summer meeting second extra day's races concluded here today.

The winner is the property of Mr D Khaitan representing Soom Stud Farm Pvt Ltd.

Trainers Karan Singh and Darashah and Jockeys B Prakash, M Narredu D Gnaneshwar had a brace each.

Punters had mixed day as six favourites obliged in a card of nine events.
