Seven orphans find permanent homes

Agartala, Aug 09 (UNI) Seven orphans aged between three to seven months today found their permanent homes as seven childless couples adopted them in Udaipur of Tripura's south district.

The Udaipur branch of the Tripura Sishu Kalyan parishad works as a bridge between the seven orphan kids and their parents.

Immediately after taking the children from the parishad authorities, the new parents christened them..

The childless couples, who adopted the kids, were from different areas of Agartala, Jolaibari and Sabroom.

A number of dignitaries, including MLAs Madhab Saha, Joygobinda Debroy, Udaipur Nagar Panchayat Chairperson Subrata Deb among others were present in the occassion, who praised both the Parishad and the seven couples.
