NEDFi to send Naga entrepreneurs to Brazil

Kohima, Aug 9: The North Eastern Development Financial Cooperation Limited (NEDFi) is all set to send entrepreneurs from Nagaland to a Brazil fair, to be held from August 19 to 22.

Mr K N Hazarika, Chief Managing Director of NEDFi, who was addressing the 'One-day Interface of the First Generation Entrepreneurs with State Government and financial institutions' here yesterday said it would also sponsor 'exposure trips' to these entrepreneurs to the industrially advanced states in the country.

He assured them to assist in revival of Tuli Paper Mill in partnership with the Nagaland government, Department of North Eastern Region(DoNER) and North Eastern Council(NEC).

He announced to partner the programme for creation of 25,000 employment opportunities in Nagaland. Also highlighting various activities and schemes being undertaken in the state, he solicited a continuous cooperation from the state government towards better development of Nagaland.
