IPCL temporarily shuts down plants at Baroda Complex

New Delhi, Aug 9 (UNI) Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd (IPCL) today said it has temporarily shut down some of its plants at the Baroda Complex due to heavy rains in the region.

''In view of heavy rains and the prevailing flood situation at Surat and the consequent shutdown of Hazira ONGC Terminal Gas Facility, the supply to the company's Baroda Complex has been affected,'' a company statement said today.

The Company has safety-shut down in some plants at the complex till normalcy in supply is restored.
