Gitanjali Gems forges JV with Modern India

Mumbai, Aug 9 (UNI) Gitanjali Gems has entered into a shareholder's agreement with Modern India Ltd to form a Joint Venture (JV) by way of subscription to equal number of Equity Shares of Modali Jewels Pvt Ltd.

Informing the BSE today, the company said the Joint Venture Company will carry on the business of operating a chain of jewellery shops.
