Rupee opens flat at Rs 46.58/59/USD

Mumbai, Aug 8: Indian currency today opened flat at Rs 46.58/59 per US Dollar compared to the previous close of Rs 46.59 per US Dollar, a trader in the money market said.

In the mid morning trade, rupee was trading at Rs 46.57/58 per US Dollar.

The stock market, however, opened in the green by 27 points and is currently trading at 10,924.41 points up 112 points from the previous close.
