900 grams of opium seized in Nagaland

Kohima, Aug 8: Dimapur police has seized 900 grams of raw opium from a PCO in a public college here today and arrested one persons in this connection.

Official sources said one Kamal Hussain of Kaliganj village under Karimganj district of Asom was arrested along with the contraband.

The accused told the police that he was was asked to keep the contraband by some unidentified person police investigation is on to apprehend the entire gang of opium smugglers.
