Moderate rain likely in Sikkim

Gangtok, Aug 8 (UNI) The sky will remain cloudy with possibility of moderate rain in many areas of Sikkim during the next 24 hours.

Heavy rains are also likely to occur at isolated places with chances of valley fog in higher hills during the period.

The maximum temperature was 22 degree Celsius and the minimum 17.5 degree Celsius.

The sun will set at 1817 hours today and rise at 0501 hours tomorrow.

The state recorded a rainfall of 24.3 mm during the last 24 hours.
