Mauritius bank signs up for FLEXCUBE

Bangalore, Aug 8 (UNI) i-flex Solutions, a leading technology solutions provider to the global financial services industry, today announced that the Development Bank of Mauritius (DBM), a premier financial institution, has selected FLEXCUBE as its core banking solution.

DBM was the third FLEXCUBE customer in Mauritius and one of 50 deployments in East Africa. It was also the second development bank in the last six months to select FLEXCUBE in the East African region, i-flex said in a release here.

DBM, transitioning into a commercial bank from a development bank in an increasingly competitive banking environment, wanted a solution that could enhance its flexibility, agility and customer responsiveness. FLEXCUBE was selected after evaluating bids which attracted four leading banking software vendors on a global tender, the release said.
