Fully implemented and managed by Liqwid Krystal, rRapidSuite aimed at equipping, fortifying and certifying knowledge workers in IT companies, with IT, business and soft skills.
The solution offered was modular based, with learning, assessment and certification as key components, company Co-Founder and CEO Anand Adkoli told newspersons here.
Covering 20,000 courses, 5,000 books and 200 tests, rRapidSuite was fuelled by sub-modules tailored to suit the requirements of companies and individuals to be trained. Initially, it would be offered to enterprise companies and after two quarters, it would be available in retail market also, he said.
Mr Adkoli said that on successful implementation, IT majors could avoid induction training for fresh recruits, besides providing on job training for its staff. The company had also roped in two universites, Visveswaraya Technological University in Karnataka and a varsity in Andhra Pradesh, to offer these courses. From next academic year, nearly 90,000 students would get the benefit.
He said six companies have already subscribed and a few more, including three of the four billion dollar IT majors, were likely to take up rRapidSuite shortly.
The content was provided by nearly 80 per cent of the international e-publishing companies on the subject. These companies have been implementing the platform for their books in the US and Europe. The company aimed at going to China next year. Both India and China were the two IT majors where demand for qualified IT software engineers was increasing. ''Our goal is to be a long term partner and provide a solution that helps IT companies, train, certify and retain precious human capital resources in a cost effective manner,'' he added.
