BNKe Solutions to ramp up headcount

Kolkata, Aug 08 (UNI) Leading information technology enabled services (ITES) company BNKe Solutions Pvt Ltd plans to ramp up its headcount to 1000 professionals by the end of current fiscal to cater to its overseas clients.

The company, offering voice-based engineering and helpdesk services to its overseas clients, has 600 professionals at its two facilities in Salt Lake Electronic Complex.

The company today set up its third facility capable of housing 200 professionals at the Electronic complex. BNKe had also acquired 1.12 acre of land for another facility here.

" We have so far invested Rs 20 crore for setting up infrastructure for the BPO operations. We plan to invest US$ 10 million for setting up facilities at other areas in the state like Durgapur and Siliguri, " BNKe Solutions chief operating officer Brigadier Suresh Menon told reporters.

BNKe was aiming at Rs 30 crore revenue in 2006-07 from Rs 21 crore in 2005-06 from its BPO operations, BNKe solutions vice-chairman Ajit Khandelwal said.
