IPS officer transferred

Lucknow, Aug 7: Uttar Pradesh govenment transferred an Indian Police Service (IPS) officer this evening.

Official sources said Police Superintendent, Deoria, Gyan Singh was transferred and attached with the DGP headquarters here.

However, no officer was posted to replace him in Deoria.
