ICSA Ltd bags Rs 17.21core contract
Hyderabad, Aug 7 (UNI) ICSA (India) Ltd, had today secured a contract from Indore based M P Paschim Kshetra Vidyut Vitran Company Ltd for erection, testing and commissioning of new 11 KV Lt Lines, 11/0.4 KV Distribution Service station and service lines on total turnkey basis for Rs 17.21 crore.
This was being set up for BPL consumers package of RGGVY scheme in Khachrod and Mahidpur Tehsil under Ujjain district.
ICSA, Managing Director said in a statement here the company would undertake large power projects throught the country and balance their orders evenly between private and public sector companies.
He said in India the company's clientele includes private and government organisations.
He said the company had reported a PAT of Rs 122.3 million on a total revenue of Rs 592 million during quarter one ended on June 30 this year as against PAT of Rs 24 million and revenue of Rs 116 million during the same period last year.
He said the Hyderabad headquartered ICSA (India) Ltd listed on Mumbai and Hyderabad stock exchanges, had developed products suitable for power utilities in the field of energy management, energy audit, control applications and provides Versatile Data Acquisition system using communication press such as GSM, CDMA and RF.
He said the Government of India had granted patents to ICSA on July 28 for the path breaking technological innovation of Intelligent Cathodic Protection System and Intelligent Automatic Meter Reading, both of which were equipped to revolutionise power, oil, gas and water resources distribution in India and the company had applied for patenting of some other products too.
