Final decision on Natwar soon: Antony
Thiruvananthapuram, Aug 7 (UNI) A final decision will be taken soon on Congress leader K Natwar Singh, who moved a privilege motion against Prime Minister Manmohan Singh over the leak of the Justice Pathak inquiry report on the Iraq oil-for-food scam, Congress disciplinary committee chairman A K Antony today said.
He said that as chairman of the disciplinary committee, he had certain limitations and responsibilities, and some more time would lapse before a final decision was taken.
Even after persistent questions, Mr Antony refused to say whether Mr Singh had committed an act of indiscipline by mouing the notice.
The Justice R S Pathak Commission had indicted Mr Singh in the Iraqi food-for-oil scandal and Mr Singh served the notice on the Prime Minister to protest against the leak of the inquiry report.
