Militants attack Army convoy with a rocket in Kashmir

Srinagar, Aug 6 (UNI) Militants today attacked an Army convoy at Kangan with a rocket, official sources said.

They said militants today fired a rocket towards an army convoy at Kangan, about 40 Km from here.

However, it missed the target and hit a private truck without exploding.

Later, a bomb disposal squard was rushed to the area to defuse the rocket.

Meanwhile, a massive hunt has been launched to nab the militants responsible for firing the rocket.
