Vice Chancellor resigns

Indore, Aug 5 (UNI) In the wake of a tussle between the Vice Chancellor and Registrar of Indore's Devi Ahilya University, Vice Chancellor Dr C S Chaddha has resigned.

Governor and University Chancellor Dr Balram Jakhar today accepted Dr Chaddha's resignation and appointed Computer Science Department Head Prof Rajkamal as adhoc Vice Chancellor, according to Raj Bhavan sources.

Earlier, Registrar Parikshit Singh, who had a running feud with the Vice Chancellor for over a month on the appointment and salary of the teaching staff, had also been shifted.
