Headless body recovered in Rishikesh

Dehra Dun, Aug 5 (UNI) A headless body was found near Geeta Nagar railway track at Rishikesh.

The deceased was identified as Deepak Badoni (25) from Dhalwal by his friends, police said.

Police added the deceased might have been murdered elsewhere and his headless body dumped at the railway track to hamper investigation.

The corpse has been sent for autopsy and police is investigating the matter.
