SVU to honour two scientists

Tirupati, Aug 4 (UNI) Sri Venkateswara University (SVU) will confer Honorary doctorates on two scientists, CSIR Director General Raghunath Anant and SDSC Former Director Katuru Narayana, at the 48th Annual Convocation ceremony scheduled to be held at the University on August 19, In a release here today, University Vice-Chancellor S Jayarama Reddy said the Governor of Andhra Pradesh, who is the Chancellor of SVU, had approved the proposal of University Executive Council to confer Honorary doctorates for two distinguished personalities.
