Spanco Telesystems gets HC approval for call centre demerger

New Delhi, Aug 4 (UNI) Spanco Telesystems and Solutions Ltd today said the Mumbai High Court has approved the demerger of Sparsh, a domestic call centre division of the company, into Intelenet BPO Services Ltd (IBSL).

The High Court appproved the Scheme of Arrangement between the company and IBSL and their respective shareholders, for the demerger and reduction of the capital of the company, pursuant to the said Scheme.

IBSL is the subsidiary of Intelenet Global Services Pvt Ltd, a HDFC-Barclays joint venture.
