RBI fixes reference rate at Rs 46.54/USD

Mumbai, Aug 4 (UNI) The Reserve Bank of India today fixed the reference rate at Rs 46.54 per US dollar, as compared to previous 46.72 per USD, a RBI spokesperson said today.
