Mediapersons misbehaved for reporting student's harassment
Bhopal, Aug 4 (UNI) About six persons were arrested for misbehaving with mediapersons and beating them up when they went to NRI College to report regarding suicide attempt by a student.
''A case was registered against about 12 people. Six people were arrested,'' said Superintendent of Police Anant Kumar Singh.

The student was admitted to hospital where his condition was stated to be stable. In his suicide note, Mukesh wrote that he was unable to pay the fee as lump-sum amount but the management did agree to his request for accepting fee on installment basis.
Students had held demonstration outside the college protesting against the incident.
After receiving information, a private news channel's representative Rajiv Mishra, cameraman Sachin, Chandrakant and a local cable cameraman went to the college premises where they were stopped by security guards and other officials.
