JNU student dies at hostel
New Delhi, Aug 4: A doctorate student of the prestigious Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) here died of illness at his hostel room this morning.
Pritam Malik, pursuing his PhD, died at his Bramhaputra hostel room after battling with disease for quite some time, said sources.
Working at the 'Centre for Study of Rural Development', Malik was undergoing treatment at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) for some time.
Police have sent the body for post-mortem examination.
