Foundation stone laid for court complex project

Gulbarga, Aug 4 (UNI) Principal District and Sessions Court Judge B A Muchandi today laid the foundation stone for construction of a court complex here to house the proposed circuit Bench of the Karnataka High Court.

Talking to newspersons after the function, he said the court complex, to be constructed on a 55-acre land at an estimated cost Rs 65 crore, would also accommodate other relevant courts and quarters of judges.

He informed that the construction work would be completed within 18 months.

Animal Husbandry Minister Revu Naik also took part in the function.
