Former UNI correspondent dead

Madurai, Aug 4 (UNI) Former UNI correspondent K Pichumani died here today.

Mr Pitchumani, 60, who retired as senior correspondent from Tirupati in January this year, is survived by his wife, a son and two daughters.

Besides Tirupati, he had served in UNI bureaus in Mumbai, Chennai and Madurai.
